Order Processing & Shipping Policies
We are committed to getting orders out quickly and saving our customers money on shipping rates as much
as possible. Please follow the below order processing and shipping time frames when ordering to ensure
you get your orders when you need them.
Order Processing Time Frames
All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Please allow 5-7 business days
for order processing. During high order volumes, order processing may take longer. Orders placed after hours
or during a weekend or during a holiday will extend order processing times. Order processing will not begin
until the next business day as we don't work after hours, weekends or holidays.
Order Edits or Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be edited. If you need to edit an order, please contact the home office and
request the order to be cancelled. We will cancel your order and provide you a full refund. Cancellation requests
MUST be sent within 24 hours of purchase to ensure shipment is halted so that
cancellation can be completed.
Order Shipping Time Frames
Shipping rates are based on the weight and size of your package. We provide bare bones shipping rates via
USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail. Please follow the following shipping times to know when to expect your order:
USA: 2-7 days Canada: 7-12 days Puerto Rico: 2-7 days Virgin Islands: 2-7 days
England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland (UK): 7-12 days Australia: 12-17 days
Germany: 7-12 days Austria: 7-12 days Spain: 7-12 days Italy: 7-12 days
Sweden: 7-12 days New Zealand: 12-17 days
Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment, you will receive a tracking link via email.
We ship to APO (Army/Air Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office) and DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) addresses.
Once a package is shipped and leaves our Peoria home office fulfillment center, we no longer have any control over
that package. We will not be held responsible for damaged, stolen or lost packages. We will not be held responsible
for delivery delays or delivery mistakes made by USPS. If a package has been lost or delivered incorrectly by USPS,
please immediately contact your local USPS office for help in obtaining the package. If a package is stolen, please
immediately contact your local police department and report it stolen and then contact your local USPS office for
help in obtaining the package. If USPS can not deliver a package due to a shipping mistake Party Time Mixes has
made, a replacement order will be shipped to the customer at no cost to them.
If a customer provides the wrong shipping address or refuses a package, the customer will be responsible for the
cost to reship a returned package. We will not reship a package unless further shipping fees have been paid.
International Customs Fee Policies
Party Time Mixes is not responsible for any delays by customs or any brokerage, customs fees, duties, taxes or extra
fees due to International shipping. Customs charges vary by country and are solely the responsibility of the buyer.
It is solely the responsibility of the customer to check into their country's charges prior to ordering. Party Time
Mixes will not be held responsible for any import duties or charges incurred. *International packages may require a
Duty upon receiving. Most packages will be free of Duty; however, depending on your location there may be a Duty
upon delivery. Please be prepared if this happens. Unfortunately, Party Time Mixes does NOT ship to Quebec,
Canada due to their language requirements related to packaging and product labeling.
Refund, Return, Exchange and Replacement Policies
Party Time Mixes does not offer refunds or accept returns or exchanges of any products because they are not
restockable. If a product is found damaged and unusable upon receipt, Party Time Mixes will provide an exact
replacement of the item. You will need to take a date stamped picture of the damaged product and the box the
product was delivered in along with a copy of the dated sales receipt as photographic proof of the damage.
You will need to send the pictures to the Party Time Mixes Home Office within 3 days of the package being
delivered. Once the Party Time Mixes Home Office has evaluated the damage to the product, notice will be
sent to you as to whether or not the product will be replaced. If the product will be replaced, Party Time
Mixes will pay for the shipping required to send the product. Product replacements are only filled up to
3 times per year per customer.

provided to us! We collect information about our customers (i.e. your name, email address, mailing address,
shipping address and phone #) to process orders and provide the best customer service possible. We promise
that we will never, under any circumstances, sell, license, trade, exchange, distribute or share any of
your private information to anyone because we consider your personal and financial information to be
In an effort to protect your privacy, our website system does not collect any "cookies". "Cookies" are intrusive
files stored on your computer's hard drive that tracks everything a browser does, which we feel is an invasion of
your privacy. To prevent collecting "cookies", our website system uses "timed browser sessions" to keep track your
order information as you place your order. Timed browser sessions will give you a set amount of time to complete
your transaction. If you take longer than the time frame given, the browser will time out and attempt to reload.
When the reload occurs, the reload process will cause order errors to occur on any website. Please be sure to
not linger too long on the websites as that can cause you to lose your order during the reload process.
